Well we didn't get to see much of it, but this was a world by PT that all sorts of  weird scientific experiements happen. Normally they are benine, but there are evil people in the world, and Avahur met one. Botching a tech creation roll is also bad here, like it is in all those mad scientist movies. At least Avahur killed the mad doctor.

I'll have to think a bit, and come up with a new world for Avahur to visit. Congrats, btw, you can now etch the symbol for "Mad Scientist" on your gun.
