Misty:
You zoom off toward your left, moving faster than you are used to, even in adreno-booster mode. Before you know it, a black wall rapidly approaches...
The rest of the world seems to be moving more slowly, somehow...
In slow motion, you see Alexis blink in surprise, then start diving toward her right.
In slow motion, you hear the leader of the assorted red-armored animals, a stork, yell "FIRE"!
In slow motion, you see the thumped wolf howling and fleeing in terror, running across your flight path.
In slow motion, you see the trigger fingers of the rest of the security team move as one, pulling their triggers.
You conveniently collide with the relatively soft wolf, sending him crashing headfirst into the wall instead of you.
In slow motion, you see the stork leader's ray gun discharge, sending what looks like some type of creature (
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wi...o_fuscomaculata2.jpg) rapidly toward you, swimming through the air. In fact, from a nature documentary you once saw, you think it looks kinda like... an electric ray, although this one is red in color.
In slow motion, you see the wolf splat against the wall with an impressive crunch, and go flat as a pancake against it.
In the blink of an eye, you bounce back up, ready to zoom off to try to flank the security team, then duck down low to dodge the electric ray, discharging your weapon to spray the security team.
In slow motion, you see the wolf peel off of the wall, staggering. You can almost see the little stars circling his head.
You see your weapon discharge some type of projectiles, but they look strange. They are oddly shaped, and larger than you expected. They fly toward their targets.
You see the electric ray swim over your head, and feel the crackle of electricity making your hair stand on end as it passes by.
You hear an electric "zap" and see a bright flash of light, and see the electric ray draped around the thumped wolf.
In slow motion, you see the thumped wolf howling and dancing around madly with very frizzy hair, to the sound of continued zapping.
In slow motion, you see a red-armored wide-eyed fawn's bazooka discharge, sending what looks like a large wad of bubble gum toward you. It rapidly expands into a larger and larger bubble as it approaches your position. It is probably too big to duck under, and the wall is probably too near to dodge left. You could try dodging right, or attempt to jump over it.
You see a red-armored jaguar tracking you with his ray gun, waiting to see which way you dodge. He looks pretty fast, too... not appearing to move as slowly as the others in your boosted state.
Definitely a sticky situation...
