Post Ludum: King Street

And so we playtest MJ's "Haunted House" setting which I was not demented enough to come up with.  Its as is obvious, a transition world, one in which the character is not expected to last all that long in.

Its also a world in which you want to send a lower powered verser since a higher powered one might well have the means to go mana a mano with a poultergeist.

Thoughts, comments, ideas, insane ravings, ghost stories....?

Re: Post Ludum: King Street

Oh yeah, I got asked if King Street was related to Stephen King...no, it was more of a fortuitous accident, but that happens in writing, and so I'll accept it as a reference to SK.

Re: Post Ludum: King Street

I realy, liked how the haunting was played out. The prescence of somthing unfathomable. You know something is there, manipulating things. The suggestions of seeing first this and that, mind tricks and all. Very well played!

Re: Post Ludum: King Street

My character still doesn't know what a verser is, so he'll probably think all of that was one really messed up dream or something, lol.

Well, it actually depends on where he goes.

I try to play my game as real as possible, doing what I think Krillis would do in such a situation.

Anyways, do I verse with that bag near me or just the stuff on me (like the map, granola bars, jewelry, etc...)?
