*administers field sobriety test*

*puzzled why suspect is unerringly able to close eyes and touch the dog's nose...*

*whistles again, and a multitude of PCs and NPCs surround the fountain*

*starts leading singing of "Happy Birthday", using Haston song magic...*  :D
