Valiant Post Ludum

The world is "Orc Rising" which should be in the as yet unpublished Third Book of Worlds.

Valiant spent an eventful two days or so there.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

OOC: Valiant and Amanda, this is what I do after every world.  After all, if I'm playtesting worlds, I need to have the opinion of the players.

Re: Valiant Post Ludum

The world seemed interesting, but due to the small amount of it Valiant saw, I can't judge.

I assume orcs were rising up against elves?

I liked the world, and the powers that the elves had.  I'm interested in seeing how Valiant tries out his new legspeed.

Re: Valiant Post Ludum

You saw the major conflict in the world. Elves (and Humans, and Dwarves) were enslaving the primitive jungle tribes of the Orcs with the reason that this offered a chance for the Orcs to be exposed to Gaia, instead of their gods (the orcs have about ten gods...one of them explicitly evil...his worship is spreading in backlash).

The Orcs aren't really rising, but they could.  Jhiaxus played this world, and started an orc city, and converted his orcs to Odinism as the new chief of the pantheon.  He managed to lightning blast pretty much a whole army of evil orcs.

Re: Valiant Post Ludum

I rather liked it as a world. To be fair though it's self serving to my story. Pushing along my belief it's all a dream.
