I'm thinking of a certain type of Anime...Tenchi Muyo and Narue serve as examples.  The poor clueless young guy who has five or so beautiful girls running about trying to be his boyfriend.

Often such girls are extra-dimensionals, or extraterrestials and/thousands of years old...etc.

I'm also thinking of a world which would be suited to a pschyopathic verser of the younger set...y'know...the type that says "I kill it!" More frequently than any other statement, and has enough skill to make that a serious threat.

Perhaps have a set of characters surround such a verser that in bizzarre and humorous ways make this character more fun for a GM (such characters are NOT fun for me as GM--very boring to me.)

One character could be a goddess who occasionally incarnates, and tries to charm/seduce verser to the Light and her worship...and also resurrects and mindwipes anyone he kills.

Another could be an absolute goodie-goodie who would never ever do anything mean to a person, but is also a cyborg super-commando from the far future who can benchpress a main battle tank, and catch bullets with her bare hands.  So she would be just Shocked, shocked I say at any meanness from her 'boy'.
Probably have to pick him up, and carry him away to lecture him...although she would not believe any 'gossip' such as police reports, but only her own eyes.

Or perhaps the super-commando is not the goodie, but still a friend.  Perhaps a friend, no a battle comrade of his future self...or a variant of his future self.  In that future he is fighting on the side of the Great, but there has been doctrinal schisms so that the S-C and the Alien Missionary don't quite see eye-to-eye even though they both agree on venerating the Great.  Perhaps the Great is a pantheon, and they venerate different members, and the goddess is a junior member of the Great....the one in charge of watching over Earth until the rest show up.

The goodie is an alien missionary sent to tell the people of the Earth about the coming of the Great.  She's so kind and sweet that flowers bloom to protect her feet from the rough grass.  And seeing her cry would make a confirmed hitman repent.

The girl next door is actually a super-spy from S.P.Y..Central who  is trying to understand what's going on (and is deeply in the dark about who all these strange people are), and has been so busy learning all this stuff that she hasn't had time to go on a date since,...well never.

Lastly, the way friendly girl in high school, who should be ignoring him is the EVIL Dark Dragon whose mission is to turn everyone on the Earth into Dark Dragons and slay the Great, but my oh my, our hero is soooo cute, that she'll get to that later, or at least fit it in between attempts to play kissie face with the hero.

Terminator like, but I think the line I was aiming for was his future self was worried about his moral development and sent back his pal to help that out.  Not the rest of the Term. stuff...not there to save the world....although that could happen, I suppose.

I think if I did do a future bad guy thing, I'd do a swarm of relatively weak creatures.  Maybe Dragonbots which are the equivalent power of a large dog, but grow in strength as they get older and smarter.

Ninjas...well the Dark Dragon could be a Ninja or the Spy girl could be...or I could have a brand-new character as a ninja.

Samurai super-commando...yeah.  And the Ninja are the Dark Dragon.  Or maybe I should do it the other way.  Heroic and pragmatic Ninja, and the Dark Dragon is trying to restore the purity of the human race...back before technology and all those other things messed up a good racket of having humans for lunch and dinnner...

Hmmh, since this is Multiverser, the 'friend' could be a dopple.

Or, I could have a foil character...make the friend even more clueless to the max in the way that the verser is.  I did this to a vengeance minded superhero once...had a kid walk up to him and tell him that he had lost family, and intended to grow up and slaughter bad guys too...it was a nice trick.  So have the dop be a completely insane pschyopath killer, but also so totally clumsy and apt to lose any sense in the presence of a female that he's not managed to actually hurt anyone yet.

Ultra-realistic? And Anime? I don't believe those two words belong in the same sentence...well okay for some they do.

But this is "Normal looking guy suddenly finds himself with five beauties vieing for his attention"...and not being legally bound slaves either as in your case.

So unless I was way missing something growing up, this is not remotely realistic.

Its meant to be funny, but in a serious to the characters involved kind of way.

Make him superhumanly good at martial arts, but he would rather spend his time playing with his Xbox....
