Re: Post Ludum: Misty's Mysteries

Chris and Annie are definitely off my Christmas card list.

I didn't get to keep the Dodge, did I?

No, you'd have to be driving it when versed out. Sorry.

Yeah, I can definitely see the other.  I remember one player torched Michael Di Vars.  And the next time he met him, he tried to apologize, and Michael as npc smiled, and shoved a dagger into his head.

"Now we're even."  And come to think of it, the character that got knifed was Captain Chris.

:)

Thanks for the help in working on that world.  I still don't feel I have a real good grasp of noir, but I'm better.

Re: Post Ludum: Misty's Mysteries

I'm no expert either, but you guys seemed to do a great job with that genre.  Misty's roleplaying seemed to fit right in, as if her character came from that era.

I'm not sure I followed all the ends and outs of the ending.  Was Misty's analysis correct, and were the hubby and her other self guilty?  Or did she guess wrong?

Re: Post Ludum: Misty's Mysteries

She guessed wrong.  But in a way thats noirish too...just makes Misty the villain, sort-of.  The Well-Meaning Stranger.
