OOC) You never did give me an equipment sheet for what you were starting out with, and I don't recall everything you picked up in the last world. You had a Katana sword, a bag of jewels and a urine moped. That I recall. What else did you have? And there's going to be a few things you're not expecting. Muhahahaha

The rock splits you in half. Then Magehammer waves his hammer and puts you back together. Then the rock jumps up and punches Magehammer in the face. He hits it with his hammer and reduces it to dust.

So you just fell off the cliff and impaled yourself on the rocks below. Waking up, you're back in your original clothes. Where were you when you died? Who knows? What you do find around you though is the gear that you had when you were at the airport. You find Magehammer's cloth bag with the black iron ring around it, the device to call him is still in your pocket. What else did you have at the airport? The vector to your other gear is off in That direction.

You are laying on cracked pavement underneath a freeway overpass. It looks like a rather rough 20th century neighborhood. There's a car sitting next to you that looks like it's been there for a while. Flat tires and broken glass. Stapled to a wall behind you is a propaganda poster reading "Be a Good Citizen. Five Minutes Minimum." and has a picture of someone being shot. Where you would expect to see graffiti though, you see multiple colored paintball hits. All different colors.

Almost forgot, you also have that bow and arrow set from the airport. That was with you at the airport.

Keeping a nervous eye out, I dart and look, and gather up my stuff, keeping low.  Then I...oh yeah, I pray for God's help in this new place.  Then I check to see if my weapons are ready enough by half-drawing the katana, checking the jackknife, and a pointon one of the arrows.

This is very, very weird.

Ok, try to stay out of sight, but if seen, act arrogant.  Predators go for the weak, think strong.

I start moving, looking to stay to cover, and to find high ground.

This is what you would have had in your pockets when you jumped in the river. Would you have your Kindle on you when you did that? The Katana sword and the rest would be back where you were staying with Samantha and Magehammer, and you've got that vector off That way.



So you check the knife and the arrows. Everything is in order.



It's about to get weirder.



I'm going to say that you're heading in the direction of the rest of your gear. Unless you object, that is. It's a few miles That way, which just happens to follow the main road you're on. You're underneath the overpass, laying in a vacant lot by the side of the road.

And you hear a paintball gun fire and a loud cursing from the shooter. You can't seem to identify the direction. But then somebody jumps up from behind the car and shoots you in the chest with a paintball gun.
