My daughter was going to register and play in one of my games, but she's never received the verification email.  We double checked that she entered the email correctly, and that it didn't show up in her spam folder.

How else can we troubleshoot this?

Thanks!  I'd totally missed that.

According to Jase, the email issue should be resolved...it may take a bit to catch up with the backlog of messages, but things should be back to normal quite quickly.
