John Heller
Ramrod straight is one way of describing John Heller... stick up his ass is another. While he is without a doubt an excellent pilot, his high standards of organization and discipline often make him extremely out of place within a Mercenary company. It has led to a large degree of disrespect among the common pilot, and the enlisted man, but it seems that it is not a simple veneer. John Heller is discipline, in flight, in fight, and in life.
Heller was on his way up to a Squadron leader position, however recent events have led him to the 10th company. Privately he sees this as a setback and a punishment for being a great soldier, but publicly he seems happy enough to be among a new elite unit. Commanding one other pilot however rankles compared to to the squadron he was supposed to be running.
