A'kos, the Falcon
I am called A'kos, the Falcon. I am a Magyar and a pagan, and the grandson of
Arpad, the great chief who conquered the Moravians, and defeated the Germans at
Bratislava in 907 AD. He was a hero of my people and a great man.
My uncle is Ge'za, the Hungarian Chief, whose soul falls short of our grand
heritage. He is a Christian, and a scholar and seeks a lasting peace with the
German, Otto II. Many of my folk accept his meekness of being. I do not, and have left Central Europe for the ancient city Byzantium...also called Constantinople.
I seek to make my own legend...'
