She's the daughter of Mad Dash, Drake City's Official Protector, and tends to have mixed emotions, as Mad Dash didn't even know about her until well into her teenage years. She's impulsive and somewhat overconfident, convinced she can take on the world. She inherited Mad Dash's speedster powers, but they manifest with an aura of crackling electricity.
