The being considering you has a distinct influence of elven blood, and looks much like most half elves you have seen.  However the most striking difference is that he appears to be from some sort  of  winged elf stock, as his wings are not only noticable they seem

Although he is dressed in a toga with some soft boots, he has a wide belt and wilderness harness like straps, darts adorn the harness, his pouches are stuffed, and his low back has what looks like a very small miniature backpack.

He looks at you two scimitars in his belt, he wears no noticable armor, but you assume he must have some sort of protection...though flight is a good way to often remove oneself from danger....

Everyone is familiar with this particular local no one is going to mistake him for anyone else he is often atop the watch tower of the port city, spotting things far afield in the ocean, it is usually what he does having keen eyesight at the break of day....
