Kai is in his early 20's and has a boyish charm. He grew up in the streets of the Chi Town 'burbs, in a youth-gang, without a family. He learned he had telekinetic powers at a very young age, but his weren't like anybody elses', he could do it for as long as he wanted, he never got tired. And he could do things other psionic-telekinetics couldn't.

He almost always maintains a positive attitude.
