Lieutenant Nuitari Solinari is not a native of earth, and speaks with an elven accent. He is an adept magic user, versed in symbology, who made Tolkeen his home before this vicious war with the Coalition. After a few years on earth, he met and married Jenna, a curator at the Library of Tolkeen. He had seen war on his homeworld and hoped he could make a difference here, and protect his wife. Nuitari's unique magic knowledge first planted him in a role at Tolkeen Military Intelligence but ultimately this was not for him. He left the safety of Tolkeen's walls and waded his way into battle on the lines.
Nuitari [pronounced NEW-ih-tary] is tall, slim, and well built. His hair is brown with some streaks of grey creeping along the sides and he normally wears it short. He is clean shaven but has a scar upon his left cheek, a remnant from an old encounter. Nuitari was well equipped when he left his world and still wears a blood red suit of plate armour forged from steel and the scales of a fire dragon. Lieutenant Solinari also carries a wicked looking serated cutlass. Both of these artifacts radiate magic to those sensitive to such things.
Circle magic enables Nuitari to summon and control some creatures, although without the common bond to a supernatural entity shared by shifters. He is normally accompanied by a small enclave of two to three creatures which can occasionally include a true demon. With his experiences on Palladium, Nuitari believes wholeheartedly that demonic forces are the true evil in the megaverse and it is they who the Coalition should be targetting. The symbol-mage has no problem ordering demons to their death, or worse, as he knows of what they are capable. Unlike some summoners, Nuitari believes that an individual demon should not be kept in servitude for more than one or two tasks as complacency on the part of the summoner is the cause of most 'accidents'. Nuitari usually terminates his demonic servants without mercy when he is done with them. He will use demons to defend Tolkeen against the Coalition, but he does not hate the human supremacists. Now that he has a wife and child, it is a battle for survival.
Nuitari has also donated his personal hover skiff to the Tolkeen military and continues to pilot it after a few months in the field, although it has seen some heavy repairs. He purchased it before the war with plans of travelling and exploring earth with his wife. It has an open deck with space enough for his magic circles and symbols. There is also a retractable canopy to provide shelter from the elements and keep the interior warm. A few minor technowizard enhancements have helped it to survive.

Military Intelligence: Focused on tactics and strategy with various magic disciplines, knowledge of enemy weaponry.
Combat Skill: HTH Martial Arts, Boxing, and Weapon Proficiencies
Ward Magic: Drawn, painted, and carved symbols of magic, combined to inflict and protect from a variety of elements. Related to rune magic, native to Palladium.
Circle Magic: Component-dependant magic capable of protecting an area from intrusion, summoning, and granting mystic abilities to the user.
Permanence Ward: Sewn into his back and combined with an intricate tattoo, Nuitari has been permanently imbued with the power of telekinesis (as per the 4th level spell). He registers as a creature of magic, albeit a rather minor one.

Details: Young and quick learner, Nuitari's first experience apprenticing a student in diabolism. Nuitari has come to think of Erik as a son.

Details: Raist is an elven native of Palladium, the only other native Nuitari has found on earth. Raist is a warlock and an honourable police officer.
Timeline:
March 103 PA: Nuitari transported himself from Palladium to earth via his own dimensional portal. He was found by a patrol laying on the edge of a shallow river under a downpour of rain, just outside the city walls of Tolkeen.
April 103 PA: Due to the rarity of diabolism and circle magic on earth, Nuitari was employed to teach his arts to a new recruit in Military Intelligence. Nuitari was already using his magic at 6th level by this point. He also began learning English, taught by his future wife Jenna.
March 105 PA: Nuitari married Jenna, a clerk at the Tolkeen library.
July 105 PA: Nuitari's first apprentice completed his final testing. Nuitari learned of Prosek's declaration of war and enrolled in Officer's Training.
August 106 PA: Jenna learned she was pregnant with their first child.
December 106 PA: Nuitari completed basic officer's training, commissioned as 1st Lieutenant. Based on past experience, was given a field assignment to escort a diplomatic convoy to Dunscon's Federation of Magic. He was 2nd in command. They hoped to negotiate a defensive pact with Dunscon.
June 107 PA: Nuitari's son was born. Nuitari had previously asked Jenna to name him Shih, after an old friend from Palladium.
July 107 PA: He returned from the Federation after seven months. The journey resulted in the deaths of several members of the convoy on the return trip, including the 1st Lieutenant. Nuitari led them home.
August 107 PA: As the diplomatic mission to the Federation was a success, and the diplomats all survived the ordeal, Nuitari was promoted to 1st Lieutenant. He returned to another field assignment, leading a platoon on a variety of special operations.
September 107 PA: Reassigned to command of the former members of Pluto Company.
