Zed has a very polluted history - including Coalition torture, and the crazy conversion when he was already "unstable". Followed by further torture at an Asylum in Lazlo, followed then by further torture at the hands of some Naruni traders.

In between the prison time, Zed had been working as a mercenary - taking whatever jobs came his way - heroic or villainous. Zed made several trusted friends along the way which is a rare, and sacred thing in this world.

He has always maintained a deep hatred for the Coalition, what they stand for and how they conduct themselves. Over time he grew obsessed with fighting their oppression, even though he lives free of their control. For years Zed has hunted Coalition patrols, and small platoons or outposts. He has personally murdered hundreds of Coalition soldiers and supporters.

Zed keeps a collection of Power Armours in his Triax medical Hoverstation - mostly Coalition hardware - and several hundred weapons - which are also almost completely Coalition. This has triggered the CS to actively hunt Zed - which has only left more dead at Zed's feet so far.

Zed recently expanded his operationof hate to include Quebec - since they sand for primarliy the same morals, and are in fact more cruel than The CS. Now Zed steals and sells their equipment as well. He has more recently added Ishpeming and Manistique Imperium to his hit list as well.

Zed plans on dying while working towards some great loss to the Coalition - and passing on his "legacy" to someone else more deserving of themoney he has gathered - someone who can use these benefits and live a proper life without having to kill for it.

He is a tall man at 6'5 and is built like a professional wrestler. Zed has been a "crazy" for over a decade but appears to have a great deal of control and restraint over his shortcomings. He is a strict professional and has no time for young hot shots with big egos.
