Keith has the look of well seasoned warrior, as if one of the gods had taken a bit of rugged, sun dried and wind blasted leather and twisted it into a man and blew the breath of life into it. His hair and beard, kept roughly cut to stay out of his eyes, are salted with gray, and bordering on unkempt. His face, neither handsome nor ugly shows the lines around the eyes and lips of a man prone to a quick smile, and his leathery skin is tan where exposed and white where usually covered and has a reddish hue under the tan on the nose and cheeks, marking him as one who spends his time outdoors. His eyes, deep and gray and clear and bright, show that mix of humor and sadness not uncommon among those that have lived through good times and bad.

His most striking feature is his left hand, it is silver, a smooth silver that moves like flesh. He often keeps a deerskin glove over it but when he has it uncovered it is the first thing people notice. As a result he is often called "Silverhand".

A dark cloak forms the outer layer of his clothing, with a longbow of yew held on the back or in the hand and a sword at the waist, both showing well worn grips that make plain they are not simply for decoration. An exceptionally well made and stylish jerkin of dark green and gray covers his sturdy frame, looking almost out of place on his frame for it's style and finery, and to the observant eye studded leather can be glimpsed underneath said jerkin. The rest of him is outfitted as one would expect of an outdoorsman, pouch and backpack filled with what one needs to survive.
