Tirm's eyes and ears show him to be of elven descent while his build proclaims his human mother.  He is sharp, incisive, and has an opinion on everything.  As the owner of the Nine Arrows, he knows everything going on in town.  As one of the town council, he is a steady supporter of Pol Monatson and Wren Monatsditter.  He often meets alone with merchants and various members of the trading caravans and gypsy clans that roll though town.
