Lam Saellie is a rather small and slim young woman, with a pale pretty face, ink
black eyes and loose snow-white hair that hangs down to her shoulders. The
expression on her face is often one of faint amusement, of cold intent, or of
fierceness in battle.

At times, she seems almost lost beneath her lamellar armoured coat of shining
steel plates on black leather and cloth, with a pointed helm that comes down to
long flaps around her neck. A composite shortbow and quiver is slung over her
back, while a short butterfly sword is sheathed at her hip.

Most surprising for her small size is the lengthy polearm she carries, a weol
do: a pole over six feet long, with a butt-spike on the base and a wide
curved blade nearly three long on the business end. The rear of the blade is
set of wickedly jagged smaller blades, the lowest of which has a red feather
attached to a ring through it. The weapon has practical purposes as well; it's
not unusual to see a half-eaten apple skewered on the tip.

Joining Saellie is a snow-white cat with startlingly blue eyes that watches
proceedings while perched on her shoulder. She also rides a healthy and brave
brown-coated warhorse.
