Physical Appearance: Michelle is a tall brunette, standing close to six feet tall and possessing a dancer's body. While she hasn't actually danced in forever, she still keeps herself toned and fit through running and yoga. She has dark eyes and an olive complexion.

Weaknesses: Not durable, and almost afraid to talk due to not being able to control her power very well at this point. Absolutely terrified of needles and closed-in spaces.
Strengths: Loyal- almost to a fault, street-and-book-smart. Great singer.

Background
Michelle was born in Green Bay, moving at the age of nine to Detroit with her mother when her parents divorced. Unfortunately, her mutation manifested at the age of twelve, and was first noticed by her mother, who tried to hide from her new mutant-hating husband the fact that her daughter was behind the sudden outbreak of broken windows. (Easier to blame the kids playing stickball in the street outside!) Eventually, the cost of window repair and her experience after a heated argument with Michelle left her deaf in both ears led her to kicking the girl out at sixteen to fend for herself.

Michelle ended up falling in with a tough crowd who used her 'gift' to assist in break-ins and alarm-silencing. But nothing lasts forever, and Michelle bailed on the gang- taking their haul from the latest heist- and disappeared once she got to feeling guilty about it a year or so later. Unfortunately, she couldn't hide for long as being 'the girl who can break glass if she talks above a whisper' meant that soon enough her old gang knew where to find her. And they did. But a convenient lightning storm took care of her problem, and she paused long enough to thank the man who saved her neck before hightailing it to NYC.

Maybe there she'd be safe.
