Lu Qui-He is a balding older gentlemen with white hair that seems to peak behind him like a crest, with a long mustache and beard. He is slender in build, with a slightly hunch as he walks along with his staff. As you get closer you can smell him and see that his skin is covered in grime and other filth as he obviously has not bathed in quite sometime.
