Cugel is a very short human, or better known as a halfling.  Face is young and tender, with feet bare. Face as smooth as a babies.  Cloak strewn over his body, underneath is blackened, hardened leather with buttons or metal studs sewn evenly throughout. Hanging from his belt, is a pipe, and a shield.  His backpack is very lightweight, and not very full.
Clearly, for now, he looks like fresh meat!
