Talin Brightwater is a half-elven Illusionist brought up by his adopted human family.  Growing up in one of the small towns of Nemrac Talin has learned to hide his elven heritage by keeping a low profile and attempting to 'fit' in where possible. Talin's dark hair is long to hide 'those ears' and his slightly chubby face has served him well. while he is quite dextrous he does not appear to be fit and strong and come across as quite sickly.
