A badly scarred gith, Padriac's forearms and neck look like someone attempted to kill him with the infamous death of a thousand lashes... and failed.  He wears a metal mask to hide his face and protect his eyes.

He is a very good slave-taker, tracking them with cold precision.  Once he finds them, there is no escape and he delivers them generally unharmed and always alive.
