Description:
Usually seen wearing a simple grey robe with a hood and a pair of sunglasses, this Blissian is often mistaken for a non-blissian with white fur, such as a Jerfua (white cat) or Verich (white mouse). However, when his hood is removed, his ears give him away. If his sunglasses are removed, his eyes are the standard Blissian yellow. His hair is curly in an almost angelic fashion and he has a smile that suggests a mellow personality. He has a standard frame for a male Blissian and if anyone gets a good look at his actual body, he also has an average build for a male Blissian. Still, his fur is well groomed and feels soft just looking at it.

Background:
Billy grew up on Bliss with dreams of reaching the stars. But as he grew older, his dreams of exploration were slowly replaced by his singing career on Bliss as he discovered an angelic voice in himself. However, a few years into his career, he met a fellow Blissian musician that had traveled to alien worlds. The traveler told Billy that music was a very longed for soul-healer over in the Eternity System (aka the Pirate System) due to people often feeling down and needing some form of cheering up. It was then that Billy realized he could have both his music and his old dream of exploring alien worlds and traveling the stars. He got serious about it and did some research on what to do and not do while on other worlds. He then set out for the Eternity System. first, longing to cheer some people up with his uplifting music.

His first year on Tharia was a lot easier than he expected as people seemed to just love him for being him. But to top it off, his voice seemed to drive even tough guys to tears, so his music was very well recieved. The style of music he did (Mostly Folk music with touches of chant and monastic influences) happened to be what Tharians enjoyed and he became known as Billy the bard (His last name being Bard helped).

Fans came and went, many flirted with him, but one in particular got him to love her back. A Gynomb (black cat) named Velocity who had no last name and no family fell in love with Billy. She was a real rascal (Though more mastermind) and was from the darker end of Tharia's morality spectrum (Certainly not scum of the universe, but capable of killing for sure). The more Billy learned of her, the more he cared for her. She was a con artist, but her heart melted before Billy and she opened up to him completely. After only a 5 month courtship, the two got married.

After marrying Velocity on Tharia according to their traditions, Billy took Velocity to Bliss in order to marry her under Blissian traditions. The marriage was celebrated planet-wide as all inter-racial marriages are on Bliss, due to sheer rarity. Billy worked hard with Velocity to help her conform to Blissian ways. After a year on Bliss, the two became parents, which also became celebrated planet-wide (For similar reasons). Velocity insisted on the name "Angel" due to the baby being a symbol of how blessed Velocity felt and the fact the baby's father has an angelic voice.

After that, the couple traveled to Tharia and Billy agreed to learn Tharian customs for Velocity like she had learned Blissian customs. Billy had already been familiar with a good number of Tharian customs due to his traveling and performing on Tharia (though he also performed a lot on Pirace) but his wife had plenty more to teach him. The two decided they would go back and forth from Tharia to Bliss and back. They would spend a good part of a year in Tharia while visiting Bliss once a month for a week at a time. Then next year, they would live on Bliss while visiting Tharia once a month for a week at a time. Rinse, repeat, and you have how the two lived together for the first 6 years of their daughter's life.

It became clear Angel would have to have an established home with established friends, so Billy and his wife changed things. Billy petitioned the Blissian government for use of their dimentional gateways between Bliss and Tharia. He was told the condition was that he had to officially become an ambassador of Bliss. Either that or Velocity would have to become an ambassador of Tharia (Which was less likely). Billy accepted and took the classes to become a Blissian Ambassador. Billy was in a unique position. He didn't really have rank on his world or even on Tharia. But his words meant a lot to both. Not just because of his singing anymore, but because of what he had become.

As agreed, Billy and his family had access to the dimentional gateways and thus lived on Tharia and Bliss interchangeably at any given moment. Billy's "job" as ambassador challenged him in new ways and he learned new things about both Tharian culture and even his own culture. Over the years, though, Billy and Velocity worked on a project together with the Blissian High Councel for the future of the Eternity System that would wind up with their baby becoming ruler over two worlds (See Angel's background).

In recent history, Billy has taken an interest in a new settlement that was claimed by a number of factions. He hopes to gather information, but also to do his usual; put smiles on people.


Personality:
Billy is a very realistic Blissian, due to experience. Deep inside, he has always been empathic and longed to understand people. This contributed to his music career without him knowing it and especially to his abassadorial career. His empathic attitude has always made him emotionally cautious, lest he hurt the hearts of the people around him.

However, Billy is now more a family man. He wasn't always this way, but his life with Velocity and Angel has changed him to the man he is today. It used to be all he wanted was to make people happy; to cheer up those in need of it. Now, while that is certainly still a big part of who he is, moreso is his ambition to love, protect and support his wife and daughter every way he can.

Billy has learned a lot in his 25 years of marriage and 23 years of fatherhood. He has learned his wife's side of things. His daughter became a perfect mix of the two influences. And now, with the responsibility of being one of the two pillars his world-ruling daughter leans on, he feels he must be especially careful around people.


Abilities:
1) Incredible Singing - Billy is arguably the best male Blissian singer and easily in the top 5 singers for anyone who has heard him perform. Even without lyrics, his voice alone is capable of pulling tears from people who would otherwise be so-so about music. He has an incredible range and immense control over the power of his voice, allowing him to sing everything with relative ease.

2) Empathic (Born psychologist) - Billy can figure people out. This is usually used to form friendships, mend broken relationships, and always used for his song lyrics. This is the field in which he is smart. He never studied it in school, however, so his skill in this is purely natural and most times, he's unaware of the fact he is picking someone apart in his head.


Weaknesses:
1) Wimp - While Billy has the heart of a lion when it comes to what he believes in, he is still physically a wimp. Even for a Blissian. When life calls for him to do physical tasks, he tries to use his brain to figure an alternate solution.

2) Arrogant - Whether it is because he is married to Velocity, or because he has a daughter that rules two planets, or simply because he's gotten jaded over the years towards non-Blissians for the most part, Billy sees himself and his family as superior to all but the Blissians (Who he sees as equal to himself and his family, though he loves his family a great deal more, duh). He himself doesn't realize it, but thanks to his caution mentioned earlier, he hides this fact relatively well both from himself and others. However, due to his care for others, if people feel threatened by this and point it out to him, he is quick to appologize for their sake. To him, subconsciously, it feels like giving a pacifier to a baby, but again, he doesn't realize this.


Weapons:
1) Blissian Hypno Phaser - Billy carries a standard Blissian stun phaser. It is designed to make the person have temporary hypnosis so that they don't collapse right away.
