Standing at an average looking 5'9", Neutrino looks quite frail when compared against some of the more physical operatives. Remarkably, his skin is very pale and devoid of freckles, and though he wears very dark shades when he takes them off his eyes are a bright blood red.

Accentuating his appearance, making it more striking perhaps, is a very good quality trenchcoat, Arducci suit, smart polished shoes and a professional looking briefcase. It doesn't help him too much when on operative duty with the restrictive clothing and attire but it is a small sacrifice that he has to pay.

Though he has no transport, he does live in what most people would call a mansion. Set in Uptown, the place is detached, has it's own garage and plenty of room to stay. It looks quite gothic though, with carved stonework and all manner of haunted house features.
