Katka is distinctivly slavic, wide square jaw, thick nose, eyes set just slightly too far apart. Thirty-one now but you wouldn't guess it from looking at her, more mid to late thirties, age starting to set in. She could have been pretty once, before the war, now her skin is slightly discolored, hazle eyes having lost that youthful sparkle, dark rings around them. Redish-brown hair cut short just below the ears. At five foot five the only thing still going for her is that fact that she gets more than enough exercise for two people, keeping her body toned and in shape, too thin for a proper slavic girl, no fat and not enough food.

Currently she is wearing a simple, long cotton skirt and blouse under a large, wide collared, rust coloured sweater, sleeves pushed up to her elbows. A Makarov pistol rests in a holster on her Soviet webbing and an AK-74 is usually confidently held in her hands or slung over a shoulder.
