--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Xandersloopsihop is a (very) local legend.  His prowess and tactics at fighting the intolerant Dwarves and other underworld terrors has earned him fame.  But he is feared (Charisma 5) as much as respected (results in battle).  Most people would rather not be around him, unless they need help ("Isn't it always that way?" he sighs) because of his harsh, draconian methods for dealing with the enemy, as well as his unrelenting discipline and high standards he expects of his troops and allies.
But he is effective.  He is also fearless - he has been known to jump down in front of a defensive rampart in order to effect change in the battle plan, risking his life to preserve his tactical advantage.  He is a good person, but it is buried under years of unrelenting training and discipline.
Interestingly, X'andersloopsihop does not hate dwarves.  In fact, if there was ever anyone to give a dwarf a fair shake, it would be him.  But they are a threat that must be overcome, and they are enemies of the state.  But if asked "off the record", he would grudgingly admit his respect and admiration for the stunted people.

X'ander wears his white hair close-cropped, almost shaved.  He has not publicly made known why he does this.
He was born and raised in Dokkar.

His racial enemy, surprisingly, is the dreaded underworld horror the "Eye Tyrant" (Beholder).  He chose the most fearful of underworld foes because when he was young, his mother, a dominant influence in his life, prophesied that he would one day be slain in battle by the most powerful Beholder in the world, but in doing so would save many drow.
