The Princess in Silver Bells is an alluring beauty. Already pretty in life, the Black Exaltation has made her hauntingly lovely. Her pale skin is as smooth as porcelain and her eyes are an icy, cold blue. Her stark white hair is very long and slightly wavy. Silver Bells is a petite young woman, standing at about 5'2". She makes frugal use of makeup, using it to highlight her best features.

The Princess derives her title from the two pairs of silver and gray bells in her hair, fastened with black ribbons. The bells tinkle softly as she moves and occasionally chime without any apparent movement at all. She dresses like an aristocrat, as befits her appellation. She prefers dresses of the highest quality, made from fine materials. These are most often black or white (which contrast nicely with her complexion and hair), with frilly trim of the opposite color. Any other coloration tends to be in dark shades of blue or purple. She often wears shoes, or more often boots, with heels to offset her short stature.
