CHARACTER'S BRIEF BACKGROUND: Bobby was blessed with a gifted mind and a knack for making electronic things, even with his mind on his ailing mother to take care of. However, it's hard to be the head of the household when you're in Brooklyn, NY. With his father gone, it was up to him to bring home the bacon, and the simple 9-to-5 jobs were baring putting food on the table. Eventually, he decided to put everything he knew into practice. Turning to a criminal life, he stole from the rich and privileged, using costumes made of scrap and parts, including a rocket-powered skateboard. His first few runs proved to be quite successful until he had some brushes with the law, as well as some heroes. After coming close to being killed and being forced to turn himself in, he sobered up and began using his talents for good. However, when his mother had to be taken to the hospital due to her worsening condition, Robert knew he had to come up with the money to save her. Beefing up his suit and arsenal, he took on riskier jobs that promised more payment. But even that wasn't enough as the hospital pulled the plug on her mom after Robert ran out of time to bring the money, which wasn't even enough to cover the hospital stay. Infuriated, he caused a violent scene and had to be escorted out. There was a service for Robert's mother following her burial, with Robert promising that he would never allow himself to fall into poverty again. Robert began to take his life as a vigilante-for-hire quite seriously as he took on more and more dangerous jobs, some of which forced him to tangle with other heroes, only this time he would be the victor. He worked hard to make sure he would always come out on top. One day, he took a look at the city below, seeing how in bad shape it was, while he was out making money only for himself. A realization pierced the dark clouds of his mind, and he turned his efforts to actually fixing the city he called home, so he began helping with community projects and people in-general as Robert Farrell while keeping the city safe and in one piece as his vigilante self, the Rocket Racer. Eventually, his high school testing scores landed him a scholarship at Empire State University, though he still found time for his home city of Brooklyn.
HOW DO YOU SEE YOUR CHARACTER FITTING INTO THIS GAME:

I see Robert as a vigilante wanting to make sure Brooklyn and New York City are a little safer and its people more alive. I see him working with other heroes and fighting other villains to this end. He would still take on jobs for money, but for rebuilding and upgrading things as much as for himself. Perhaps he could adapt his tech from other tech heroes and villains, like Iron Man, Tinkerer, and others. He has anger issues to work out, so he would lose his temper a few times. I really want him to find a lover to balance him out and give him someone new to fight for, as well as giving him that first feeling of pleasure and love from a woman.
