Combat Leader: Any ally within 10 squares of Ideal who can see and hear her gets a +2 bonus to Insight and Perception

Resourceful Presence: When an ally Ideal can see spends an action point to make an extra attack, that attack gets a bonus to dmg equal to half Ideal's lvl + her int mod(3). If the attack hits no target, the ally gains thp equal to half Ideal's lvl + her cha mod(3).

Imperious Majesty: Use Cha mod instead of Dex for Initiative. When Ideal hits a creature that hasn't acted yet with an attack, it takes a penalty to attacks against her qual to her cha mod (3) until the end of her next turn.
