Misty Step: When an enemy under your Warlock’s Curse is reduced to 0 hit points or fewer, you can immediately teleport 3 squares as a free action.

Prime Shot: If none of your allies are nearer to your target than you are, you receive a +1 bonus to ranged attack rolls against that target.

Shadow Walk: On your turn, if you move at least 3 squares away from where you started your turn, you gain concealment until the end of your next turn.

Warlock’s Curse: Once per turn as a minor action, you can place a Warlock’s Curse on the enemy nearest to you that you can see. If you damage a cursed enemy, you deal extra damage (1d6 BRUTAL). You decide whether to apply the extra damage after making the damage roll. You can deal this extra damage once per round. A Warlock’s Curse remains in effect until the end of the encounter or until the cursed enemy drops to 0 hit points or fewer. You can place a Warlock’s Curse on multiple targets over the course of an encounter; each curse requires the use of a minor action. You can’t place a Warlock’s Curse on a creature that is already affected by your or another character’s Warlock’s Curse.

Character description:
Opal is a 6" tall pixie with very colorful wings that resemble dragonfly wings. They seem to change color and sparkle depending on how the light hits them. She has a childlike look to her and wears a leaf skirt.

Character personality:
Opal is mischievous like most of her kind, looking to play pranks and using her magic to do so most of the time. She tends to lie a lot as part of her prank-pulling and while she knows the difference between reality and fiction most times, this habitual lying has effected her view of reality. Sometimes she will hear someone say something they didn't, or she will simply misconstrue what someone says as if she is hard of hearing (which she isn't). Opal is also a bit oblivious, both to her surroundings and how the people around her feel. It usually takes obvious stuff like someone crying or attacking her for her to understand the person is upset. It's also a relatively common sight to see her run into things such as leaves, other bugs, and sometimes branches due to not paying attention to where she is going. Outside of these quirks, she has the same level of reasoning and self-preservation as the next pixie.

Combat tactics:
Opal seems to focus on evasive actions. Her powers support this, with her daily taking it to the extreme of aggressively immobilizing enemies so she can escape at any time. Opal doesn't like getting in the enemy's face and will avoid being adjacent to an enemy at any given moment.

Character background:
Opal was born in the Feywild and came through one of the rifts between the planes to arrive in the Prime Material. She had spent most of her life just whimsically doing silly things. But when she was an "adult" by pixie standards, her mother Translucia granted her powers. In this way, Opal has a warlock pact with her mother, but neither see it that way even though it is still treated similarly. Opal does her mother's bidding whenever her mother asks, so it is much like a pact.

Wee Warrior: You have a reach of 1, rather than the reach of 0 that is typical for a Tiny creature. You also take a –5 penalty to Strength checks to break or force open objects. When wielding a weapon of your size, you follow the same rules that Small creatures do.
Pixie Magic: You have the pixie dust and shrink powers.
