Sandor is six foot tall, and his lank, wiry frame tells of a life of hard labour and little luxury. His skin has been worn rough by exposure to sun and wind, making him look older than his twenty-five years. Combined with his dark hair and beard this gives him the look of a Selentine, but his accent is unmistakably from the north of Ellesland. He has a distinctive scarred "X" on his right cheek, where two wounds have crossed, and his arms are covered in tatoos and scar tissue.

Despite his appearance, Sandor has an easy-going demeanour, and is clearly used to getting along with strangers - though there is always a strangely haunted look in his eye...
