Physical Description: Hitomi is tall and slender with an athletic body. She has long white hair that she partitions bits into braids. She dresses modestly in traditional japanese clothing. When going into battle, she wears body armor much like her brother's. Hitomi is completely blind, having this disability from birth. She normally wears a white cloth tied across her eyes.
Social Description: Former Japanese native, was evacuated from Japan by her brother when Apocalypse attacked with his horseman Nemesis. Now a woman without a country, she has joined the X-Men in hopes of destroying Holocaust and Apocalypse.
Personality Description: Modest and soft spoken most of the time. During combat, she is focused, not letting anything distract her from her task. She is an honorable individual, never attacking someone from behind or harming a defenseless opponent.

Mutant Abilities:
Telekinesis: Ability to psionically manipulate the physical aspects of reality. She can also move and levitate other people. While she can move objects from a distance and fly as other telekinetics do, she has shown little inclination to do either in combat situations. She can also create telekinetic shields of various sizes and strength and she can fire mental force blasts

- Enhance Physical Traits: Uses her telekinesis to enhance her speed, strength and fighting skills into super-human levels.

Telepathy: She possesses vast mental powers to affect and manipulate the minds of other sentient beings. Hitomi can read minds and communicate mentally with others over long distances.

- Telepathic Tracking: Enhanced psionic senses enabled her to detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum) especially if they posed a threat to her well-being in her immediate vicinity.

Telekinetic Katana: She can manifest a telekinetic katana blade composed of raw psi-energy, which at its lowest intensity, functions to disrupt neural pathways, and at higher levels, her katanas can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but leave the attacker physically unharmed.

- Psychic Attack: This power is much like the X-Man Psylocke's. She channels and focuses her psionic powers into her telekinetic Katana, razor-sharp edges of pure mental energy which she plunged into the minds of her targets directly, which she often used to disrupt the neurons of her foes by driving the glowing "blade" of mental energy into their skulls. It is able to kill though she so far refuses to use this power to kill. This attack may only be dodged or blocked psionically by telepathy.

- Tachyon Field: This ability is much like her brother's, though she is only able to manifest it through her Telekinetic Katana. This allows her telekinetic blade to be able to cut through nearly any substance.
Power Limitations: Hitomi has power restrictions on both her telepathy and her tachyon field. She is unable to change people's memories or control someones actions. Her tachyon field behaves just as her brother's and is unable to cut through adamantium.

Character History: Born the younger sister of the Japanese super hero Silver Samurai, Hitomi would have followed in her brother's footsteps had Apocalypse not extended his influence into the realm of Japan. Still young at the time that this happened, Hitomi was taken from Japan by her brother, evacuated along with as many civilians as possible. In the chaos this resulted in, Hitomi was seperated from her brother, taken to the United States some time later by her cousin the mutant Sunfire. She now joins the X-Men in hopes of destroying Apocalypse and Nemesis/Holocaust.
