Rafael appears to be a human in his early twenties. He is handsome enough, despite his pale skin, with a tousled mop of silver-blond hair, grey eyes and crooked smile. His medium frame carries no extra weight giving him a lithe, slender body. Usually though, he covers it up with a hodge-podge of clothing that seem gathered together with neither rhyme nor reason. Big boots, batik trousers, Peruvian sweaters, battered duffel bag: together they make him seem like a hobo. However, for formal occasions, he pulls a black suit out of that same bag and can then almost look elegant. In neither casual nor formal clothes does he appear to carry any weaponry.
