Gentle Willow appears to be a young woman in her early 20's with long, white hair. While she is thin, it is apparent from her build that she is not physically skilled and her pale skin suggests much of her time is spent indoors.

Before returning to the Academy, Gentle Willow worked in the Bureau of Humanity as a Doctor.
