Clematis has a boyish smile with perfect white teeth. His bleach blonde hair always sits perfectly on his head. An orichulum breast plate is part of his never changing daily outfit that has the Deliberative insignia on it. Strapped to his back is a Grand Reaver Daiklave called "Failed Diplomacy", a weapon nearly his hieght at over 6 feet.

Clematis is an older exalt known for his right wing politics. He was a huge supporter of Operation Wyld Hand. As one of the Deliberative Army Generals it is easy to guess his caste. He carries an entourage that feeds his never ending ego. Few have been known to cross him and not face political downfall... and that's to say he doesn't use his daiklaive first.
