Dr. Greenburg is a recent graduate from the Johns Hopkins medical program, and spent his internship with the doctors at the primary Rashoud Facility, examining and treating nova medical problems.

Dr. Greenburg is not a particularly exceptional individual, which he will be the first to tell anyone that asks.  He merely worked hard, and kept himself out of trouble.  Dr. Greenburg, while a dedicated doctor, does not seem quite as... passionate about the Utopia program as the other individuals at the UtopiaNevada base.  While he finds them interesting, most can tell that this is just a job for him.

He spends his off hours watching TV and playing videogames in the lounge area, or in his rooms.  He has pictures of his family (parents, siblings) spread across his office, along with little trinkets from his vacations.
