Dr. 0:Appearance: Height- 56, Hair- Unknown, Eyes- Unknown, Race- Unknown, Build- Wiry, Costume- Dark Colored Gas Mask, Uniform, Gloves, Knee High Boots, Occasional Lab Coat, Hat. No Skin visible. Obvious Costume Fetish.
Demeanor: Polite, but usually to the point, or creepy & philosophical. Some suspect that the Utopian Doctors might have made a mistake on Zero's psychological exam and missed a moderate case of depression or bipolar disorder. Dr. 0 can be a good listener, but can be unexpectedly excitable, at which point he speaks of himself in the third person. He tries to be very careful when using his powers, and has a lawyer on speed dial.
