Background: Born to working class parents, Archibald was nonetheless an exceptionally bright child, and won a full scholarship to an esteemed private boarding school at the age of ten. It was here, as a lonely child, the odd one out among his richer peers, that his powers began to develop. Hiding from school bullies, he would suddenly find himself invisible, chased, he would find himself able to scale or jump impassable walls, and, in one fateful baseball game, at the age of fifteen, he hit a ball a little too hard.

Luckily, the boy that he had hit did not die, and the parents did not press charges, but this event acted as a catalyst for the young Ramrod to learn to control his powers, and he began to train himself in secret.

Graduating second from the top of his class at eighteen, Ramrod found himself a sponsor for college, in addition to a generous scolarship.

He did not begin to use his powers to fight crime until the terms of his sponsorship became clear: the megacorp that was funding his college education wanted him to don a cape.

Power(s): Invisibility and superathletics, in particular the ability to throw/hit things very hard.

Weaknesses: He's a sucker for a pair of pretty blue eyes, and he wants to have it all. Every man has his price, and his is as high as it gets.
