Marcus Edward Desanti is a humble purveyor of games and amusements for the public.  He sells his wares all over the place, but this is his first time at Going-Going-Con.

He seems more interested in money then gaming, and his customer service skills are somewhat lacking, which would explain why his business is doing rather poorly.

He has some good deals, though.

Desanti is a skinny, oily man, with thick hair that could use some conditioner.  He dresses well, even expensively, giving rise to the idea that his gaming store is not his primary job.
