History:Tobias is a bookish, intelligent man whose most interesting part of his life was working as a low-level pencil-pusher for the CIA. That didn't last long. After that, he went into business for himself, as a sort of private eye. That didn't last long either. After that, he was approached by the Company on the rumor of him being able to do some strange things.
