Tanwen appears as a tall female human with pale skin and long, raven black hair with a lightning shock of grey. She is a striking figure in her dark leather corset and black chemise, dress and gloves, when not cloaked and hooded from sight. Her presence is at once imposing and ethereal - seeming to be occasionally out of phase with the material plane when viewed out of the corner of one's eye.

For those who can sense evil, good, or either demonic or angelic influences, Tanwen is a blank aura, wrapped in a misty veil yet radiating untapped power.
