Griffon Quoaver Sliverkin has earned many names: Cleric of Ordana, Torchbearer, Kobold Slayer, Healer, Enemy of the Undead, The Unafraid, Orc Foe, The Silk Fond, Centipede Bane, and (thanks to Markos) The Rank.

Griffon has long, coarse, and wavy dark brown hair; and a thick overgrown beard. He wears banded armor and a similarly well-used cloak. Those standing near him can detect a not-so-subtle scent of earth, loam, and perhaps humus: the odor of fallen leaves, forest floor, or marsh. Griffon isn't unclean, but he is unwashed. A hand-smoothed, mottled wooden Oak Leaf holy symbol -- sign of Ordana, Forest Mother -- rests against his chest.
