Evgeni Sokov

Evegni Sokov or the Shark as call him in Kosovo, is said to have been a fairly high ranking KGB or GRU officer, some say he served with GRU Spetsnaz. For at least the last decade he has been operating in this region, as an independent player.

Fairly tall and athletic, Sokov has the air of a patrician about him. He is usually wear functional yet stylish clothes, which look like they may have come from LL Bean, almost always under one those ubiquitous leather jackets that are popular in Eastern Europe and an american cigarette in his mouth.

Having worked with Sokov for at least the last six months the others have gotten to know him well. Sokov's manner can at one moment be charming and the next terrifying. He has a disarming smile and a good sense of humor, but if you are on the wrong side of an argument the last thing you might ever hear could be his laugh.

Although he does not speak in detail of his past it is clear he has spent much of the last three decades in the shadow worlds of espionage and special operations. During that time he has conducted operations of many kinds and has extensive in contacts not only among military and intelligence operatives but with criminals and businessmen.

Sokov is a very experienced black ops veteran. A top notch sniper, he is often in an overwatch position during the team's operation. While willing to work up close when an operation calls for it, he clearly prefers working from a distance and being in a position from which he can observe the all aspects operation. Despite his past he is a skilled doctor, and a trained surgeon with extensive experience in trauma injuries. Most likely he acted in a medical role in suppourt of his black ops.

If someone had to use one word to describe Sokov, it would probably be predator. He is constantly working the angles, seeing how he might profit from or survive the situation.
