Bio: Shizuka was born into a wealth family. Her father, Katsuo, is a well known publisher and owns Ito Publishing Company.  Her mother, Yuna, use to be a fashion model but retired once she had Shizuka.

Shizuka’s father was always busy and her mother always seemed to dote on her. She really did not have a typical childhood and for most of her schooling she was tutored at home.  Feeling a bit lonely, Shizuka convinced her parents to send her to Ouran High School.

After a long debate and much scrutinizing over the school, her parents agreed and she was sent off to Tokyo to attend her final year of school.
