With an athletic and boyish figure, Premier is taller than most women her age her skin a creamy olive that practically glows and is completely free of blemishes. Her hair's a very dark blue and while thick it only comes down to the neck, tussled to give an easy going appearance. Piercing, bright blue eyes and a supernatural gravitas to her speech gives her a very memorable presence, when Premier speaks people sit up to listen.

She seems more real than the world around her these days, more goddess or fair folk than woman. Any minor flaws she had before have been engineered away leaving a 'natural' beauty and grace that is as completely unnatural as it is captivating.
