Makoto Kowata(18)
  The cloaked girl with the black cat introduces herself with a formal bow, "My name is Makoto Kowata(18), it is a pleasure to meet you.  This is my friend Chito, I hope we can all be good friends." She is a witch from the orient(the other side of the world) and is on a wandering journey as is customary for witches from her society when they become adults.  Admittedly, most witches don't usually go quite as far as this.  She knows who her parents are but hasn't seen them for 2 years.  She is averageish in looks with long straight black hair, but she has a weird formal way of talking and gives off a strange vibe.  She appears to be a little absentminded as well.  She oozes seriousness, politeness and formality.
