Brief Biography: Mr Black is the head of Truck Stop Security, or Truck Sec. His day to day affairs make him accessible through a main office in the actual truck stop, but he can also often be found doing security patrols, overseeing inspections, arranging scavenging and escort details, or working in the town's armory. When he isn't doing those thing, William can usually be found with his wife, Stacy Black, rebuilding a truck in the shop with Octavia Vance, practicing shooting at targets with his security protege Carl Corrin or checking in on Rush to whom he seems to have a special connection.

William Black and his wife were some of the first to transplant with Truck Stop. They had signed on a security detail due to previous mercenary experience. Along the way William proved himself a natural tactician, guide, and survivalist.
