Brief Biography: Carl may not look like much and most would have ignored him as a momma's boy. But over the last year or two, the fat kid with a neckbeard has become a man of note. Carl looks after his sister, Sammy Corrin because she just turned 18 and is susceptible to bad influences. But Carl's true passion is the Security force. He is all the time involved and is the defacto second in command behind William Black. While Carl wants the job, he knows it isn't his time and he isn't ready for it.

But his goofy appearance should not make Carl underestimated. He is definitely smarter than he looks. Carl is typically dressed to be outside and doing some sort of labor. But a surprising fact to note is that Carl is a neat freak. When he finds something out of place, Carl has a tendency to fix it without realizing he has done so.
